Joseph H. Wolenski works for the Abreu Law Firm as an Associate. After graduating from the University of Miami School of Law, Mr. Wolenski realized that his true calling was to defend persons accused of crimes by the State and Federal government. Mr. Wolenski has experience in all areas of a criminal prosecution and defense including fact investigation, discovery (depositions), motion practice, plea negotiation, and trial work. He dedicates his time solely to the practice of state and federal criminal defense.

Mr. Wolenski graduated, cum laude, from the University of Miami School of Law where he won many awards for his ability in written and oral advocacy. As a member of the Trial Team, Moot, Court Board and the Order of the Mr. Wolenski participated in advocacy competitions on both the state and national level. |
